Since 2008, the Control Logics team has implemented risk management methodologies at over 250 companies located in North America, Europe and Asia. Whether performing internal audit assessments or providing consulting services, our team will ensure all compliance initiatives are met on schedule, on budget and in the highest quality. Our consultants are highly experienced and strive to provide a positive working relationship with each of our clients. Unlike traditional accounting firms, we don’t have four or five layers of management. Through the use of technology and our centralized, streamlined structure, we are able to serve our clients in the timeliest manner and with the highest level of efficiency. Every member of the Control Logics team has at least 15 years of audit-related experience and is committed to providing personalized and responsive service. In addition to experience, each consultant holds at least one of the following professional certifications and advanced business degrees:

OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Dena Dahlquist, CIA, CFE
Dena is a Director at Control Logics with over 25 years of experience in audit and risk management. With a keen eye for fraud detection, she specializes in fraud and enterprise risk assessment, internal audit and SOX compliance. Dena has provided audit and compliance services across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, insurance, real estate, and various manufacturing clients. She is an avid traveler and has led audit teams throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe. Dena is a St. Bonaventure University graduate and holds the Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Internal Auditor designations.
Homan Lajevardi, MBA
Homan is a Director at Control Logics with 15 years of experience in SOX compliance and IT audit. He has led audit engagements in Europe, Asia and North America and has spent the majority of his career assisting clients with their audit and compliance needs. Homan started his consulting career at Protiviti in Tampa prior to co-founding Control Logics in 2008. Homan holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Florida and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. In his spare time, Homan enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on his 1966 Mustang.
